With the increasing size of our images, email is not always the best way to deliver those urgent images, as they are increasingly bounced back due to the file size. We are now able to set up an FTP area to coincide with the Digital File Vault. Quite simply, once you have approved the images you require, we can upload these images to our server where you or your designer, or both can download the files when you choose.
To enable you to do this, we will send you an email with a link for you to click on; alternatively, you will have to download an FTP program. There are several to choose from depending on your operating system, here are a few:
Windows Operating System
FlashFXP
Ipswitch WS_FTP
Cute FTP
Mac Operating System
Transmit 3
Captain FTP
A 30 day trial version is usually available, upon completion of this time the program key can be purchased for a few dollars.
We use FlashFXP and therefore we will take you through the process of setting up that particular FTP program to download your images.
STEP 1 - Open the Site Manager which on Flash is located under the main heading Sites
STEP 2 - With the Site Manager open choose the New Site option (See diagram) and
enter a name for your site and press OK.

STEP 3 - Enter the IP address which will be 63.135.127.224 then enter the username &
password we have provided you with, please enter this information exactly as
we provided it. (see diagram)

When all the information has been entered press the Apply button, you are now
ready to download your images from our server.
STEP 4 - Highlight the desired folder or image for download, then right click and choose
the transfer option, transfer to a location of your choice.
